about

This tune was written for my brother Elliot C Way, about the shed he used to live in on Nanaimo St in Vancouver BC. It was a hub for the incubation of ideas in song and for the music community, into which he has put so much energy.

It was Bob Sumner who coined the motto 'Good Times All The Time, though Elliot will dispute this. The reference to Moonshine in the chorus is not only regarding the fine drink we would regularly partake of, but the incredible music festival that Elliot and Bob would organise each year, something I bacame part of, and was where my Canadian folk journey began in 2012.

It's a long story, feel free to ask me.
